Cala celebrates five years of five stars
CALA Homes, which has developments across the North of Scotland, has received the maximum five-star rating in an independent customer satisfaction survey for the fifth consecutive year.
The survey, undertaken by industry body the Home Builders Federation (HBF), asked home owners how satisfied they were with the quality of their new property and whether they would recommend their housebuilder to a friend. CALA scored in excess of 90 per cent on both measures, achieving the maximum five stars in both categories.
The results of the survey, now in its ninth year, were announced by housing minister Kris Hopkins and CALA’s particular achievement was recognised at a special presentation at the House of Commons.
The award comes shortly after CALA was named Medium Housebuilder of the Year at the prestigious What House? Awards.
Mike Naysmith, managing director for CALA Homes (North), said: “To receive the five-star rating for the last five years is testament to the quality of the CALA team at every level and a reflection of the customer-orientated culture that runs throughout the organisation.
“Awards such as these are the ones that matter most as the feedback comes directly from the people who buy and live in our homes. We continually strive to set a benchmark for the industry, not only in terms of the design and quality of our homes but the customer’s entire purchasing experience.”
CALA is currently on-site at Rosefield Gardens, Cults, in the exclusive AB15 postcode with a development that took 27 years to bring to fruition. Its commitment to the site has paid off and it recently released a second phase at the development of 73 four and five-bedroom luxury homes and eight apartments.
The next exciting developments from CALA Homes (North) include: The Links at Dubford, Bridge of Don and Hilton Avenue, which will both launch in May and have already received unprecedented interest.
