Apprentices are hugely important to the worlds of Trades and Construction. That’s why we recognise their dedication and hard work with the Apprentice of the Year Award. Brodie Ligertwood from AJC Construction is one of the deserved finalists up for this accolade and he spoke to us about how it feels to be nominated.

“Being up for Apprentice of the Year feels great. To just be nominated feels like an achievement itself. In my job, I am continually learning and one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned so far is to work hard and listen to the advice that I’m given. If I was named as the winner of the Apprentice of the Year award, I would be over the moon because all of my hard work and dedication to the job would have paid off.”
