Finalist Spotlight: CALA Homes
Customer service is at the heart of the construction and trades industry. At the Trades Awards, we celebrate companies who deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and promote the best levels of service throughout their company. CALA Homes is shortlisted for this year’s Outstanding Customer Service Award and Customer Experience Manager, Stuart Moggach spoke to us about what that means to them.
CALA is up for Outstanding Customer Service at this year’s Trades Awards. What does “Outstanding Customer Service” mean to the CALA team?
“CALA Homes North makes every effort to continuously deliver the very best in customer service. This is measured by receiving a positive endorsement from the people who buy and live in the homes we build, and this has to be the number one priority for a successful home builder – which we feel we achieve at CALA Homes.”
How do you ensure the level of customer service offered by CALA is consistent across all teams in such a large company?
“It’s about the processes and culture we have in place to achieve effective customer service across the business. From the board room to construction site, including our suppliers and subcontractors, at CALA Homes North, customer service is at the heart of everything we do and strive to achieve.”
How would it feel to win?
“The Trades Awards is a fantastic industry accolade which we are honoured to be a part of. The Outstanding Customer Service Award would be an extremely important title for CALA Homes North as positive feedback from our customers is imperative to the brand.
“Having recently received the maximum five star rating from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) for exceptional experience and product, this award would be testament to the passion and hard work the team delivers day in, day out to create the high-quality homes and customer experience that purchasers expect from CALA.”
