Finalist Spotlight: Zero C Holdings
A customer-focused house builder, Zero C adds the small touches to their communications with clients to ensure that the residents of their homes are well looked after from start to finish. It’s one of the reasons they’re up for the Outstanding Customer Service Award at this year’s Trades Awards. Development & Sales Manager, Alastair Struthers tells us more.
Congratulations on your nomination for Outstanding Customer Service. What does Outstanding Customer Service mean to Zero C Holdings?
“Outstanding customer service is consistently going above and beyond to deliver a friendly and approachable service to everyone, at all times. It is about understanding your customers and their needs and ensuring you meet and exceed their expectations every time.”
You build homes that respect the environment and the people living in them. How do you balance environmental concerns with customer needs?
“We’ve found that customer needs align with an environmental approach. Sustainability is becoming an ever more important part of our lives, and this can bring tangible benefits to not only the environment but also direct to customers – which include efficient homes that are cost effective to run.”
What does the future look like for the Zero C team?
“The team at ZeroC are excited about the future. We continue to deliver the groundbreaking new towns of Chapelton in Aberdeenshire and Tornagrain near Inverness. Being part of ‘Places for People’ means that the team also has the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects including affordable homes across Aberdeen and the north east.”
And how would it feel to win the award?
“The whole team would be thrilled to achieve a win at the Trades Awards 2019. Recognition of our efforts to deliver Outstanding Customer Service would be wonderful and we hope all our customers would feel it was deserved.”
