This year, we’ve introduced new categories to reflect the evolving landscape of the industry, ensuring that businesses of all sizes and specialisations have the opportunity to be recognised.
New Categories for 2025:
Health, Safety & Wellbeing Award
Acknowledges individuals or teams implementing outstanding health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives, fostering a safe and supportive work environment.
Community Engagement Award
Celebrates companies or projects that have made significant positive impacts on local communities through engagement, consultation, and social value initiatives.
Construction Consultancy of the Year
Celebrates a consultancy that has provided exceptional guidance, expertise, and innovative solutions, contributing significantly to the successful delivery of construction projects and client satisfaction.
Returning Categories:
Home or Building Improvement Award
Recognises exceptional residential or commercial renovation projects that showcase innovation, craftsmanship, and improvements in functionality, aesthetics, or energy efficiency.
Sustainability in Construction Award
Honours projects demonstrating exceptional commitment to sustainability, including energy efficiency, use of sustainable materials, and minimal environmental impact.
Outstanding Customer Service Award

Apprentice of the Year

Recognises emerging talents who have demonstrated outstanding performance and potential in the construction industry.
Site Manager of the Year
Recognises a site manager who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Tradesperson of the Year
Honours an individual tradesperson who has demonstrated exceptional skill, dedication, and professionalism in their work, consistently exceeding industry standards and client expectations.
Best Small Trades Business (<50 employees)
Awards a small trades business that has exhibited excellence in craftsmanship, customer service, and business growth.
Best Large Trades Business (50+ employees)
Recognises a large trades business for outstanding performance, innovation, and contribution to the industry.
Construction Project of the Year
Celebrates an outstanding construction project that has demonstrated excellence in design, execution, sustainability, and overall impact on the community or industry.
Outstanding Contribution Award
